Where are you launching?
MIMS is running a pilot from November to December 2026, focused only on Abuja and north central Nigeria. We plan to launch fully across all Nigerian states in January 2027. These are our plans, and dates or coverage may change.
Who can use MIMS during the pilot?
Car owners, mechanics and workshops, service centres and car dealers in Abuja and north central Nigeria. MIMS works on WhatsApp and phone, so you do not need to be comfortable with apps.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?
During the pilot we focus on Abuja and the north central states. We plan to cover all Nigerian states from January 2027. Delivery times and coverage may change, and we will tell you what applies to your area when you order.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. It is free. It is not an order and does not reserve any part, price or delivery slot.
How long do you keep my data?
Until you ask us to remove it, or for 24 months from sign-up, whichever comes first. Read our Privacy Policy.
What parts do you sell?
We aim to sell only original OEM parts, sourced through authorised distributors and dealers, never open third-party listings. Tell us the part you need on WhatsApp and we will check availability.
Why do you need my VIN?
The VIN identifies your exact car, so the part we quote is the part that fits. We never ask you to type it into the waitlist form.
Where do I find my VIN?
Your VIN is a 17-character code. Look at the base of the windscreen on the driver’s side, on the sticker inside the driver’s door, or on your car papers. Try the VIN finder.
How does ordering work?
You send us the part and your VIN on WhatsApp or by phone. We send a quote based on real dealer pricing, then source the part and deliver it to you. Full terms for orders, payment, delivery and returns will be published when we launch. See the steps.
Are 35-minute quotes and 48-hour returns guaranteed?

Are you part of a car brand?
No. MIMS is an independent auto health platform and is not owned by, or affiliated with, any car manufacturer.
What is MIMS AI?
A chat where you can ask questions about your car, decode diagnostic codes and get help working out whether something is wrong. It is still being built, and you can try a preview on the MIMS AI page.
Does MIMS AI replace a mechanic?
No. It gives general guidance to help you understand your car. If brakes, steering or temperature feel wrong, stop safely and have the car checked.
What is My Garage?
A place to keep your cars and their details together, so reordering parts is quicker. It is coming soon and is not part of the pilot. See what is coming.
